JOHN HAGOOD -
FOUNDER AND CEO
Founder and CEO of Franchise Consultants, Inc. and has spent the past 25 years assisting other businesses in growth and development via the successful vehicle of franchising.He received a BA in Economics and History and a MA in Marketing from Mercer University. In 1971, John founded Foliage Design Systems and franchised the business in 1980, becoming the first-ever to expand via franchising in the interior landscape industry. For years, Foliage Design Systems has consistently ranked as one of the largest interiorscape firms in the United States. John began Franchise Consultants, Inc. after being approached by several business associates desiring to duplicate his franchise success with their own business concepts, in an affordable and efficient manner. He provides the overall leadership and direction for the team of consultants and is the key contact for all clients.

PETER WOLF -
PRESIDENT
From 1976 to 1987, Peter was the COO of a major lighting manufacturing company, operating from two factories in New York City and 20 showrooms throughout the US. Under his direction, the company enjoyed significant growth and became the foremost producer of contemporary lighting fixtures. In late 1987, Peter founded a store fixture manufacturing company which became one of the largest producers of store fixtures for national retail chains and cruise ships. Peter sold the company in 1995. Currently, Peter is owner and CEO of a commercial real estate investment firm, and is President and owner of one of the largest advertising-based recycling companies in the US.
As president of FCI, Peter continues and has been responsible for the business development of many prospective franchisors, helping to launch their concepts into national prominence. This is achieved through assisting in maximizing profits, increasing revenue centers, expanding market penetration, increasing and re-directing advertising and promotion. Existing sales forces are expanded and invigorated through targeted training market-driven expansion. FCI Franchisors- clients comprise a diverse group of business segments including retail, wholesale, manufacturing, service, distribution, staffing, finance and technology.

TAMARA GIBSON -
Vice President of Development
Upon her graduation, Tamara worked at the Manatee County Courthouse for eight years. Her computer knowledge moved her up the ranks rapidly to the I.T. Department. She quickly became the graphic artist and webmaster for Manatee and Desoto Counties. She began her own business while still working full time and accepted a position with a reputable real estate attorney that was a client from her business. She then reorganized the firm, managed four employees and handled all real estate closings. Tamara belongs to numerous clubs around the area including the Sarasota and Manatee Young Professionals Group and is also a volunteer for HOPE Domestic Violence Shelter. With Tamara’s legal and business experience she has been a great asset to our FCI Team.

KEN DEPASQUALE -
RESTAURANT DESIGN, OPERATIONS AND DEVELOPMENT DIRECTOR
A Graduate of Boston University, Ken has more than 20 years of experience operating, developing, designing and owning hotels, country clubs, specialty restaurants, condominiums, night clubs and theatres. He has a long list of professional accomplishments. At an early age, he was operating a major hotel property in New York for Helmsley Hotels and within four years he had become Director of Operations of five hotels, each full service restaurants, major convention and catering events. He simultaneously managed and supervised, then became Vice President of four Sheraton Hotels. His talent for producing an establishment of distinctive quality and design was again evident in the creation of "Harpoon Louie's Restaurant" which ranked 23rd highest grossing restaurant in the country. He then sold "Harpoon Louie's Restaurant" and built a restaurant and catering company with annual sales over $10,000,000. After the sale of that business, Ken then founded a restaurant management and consulting firm specializing in the design, development and operation of select restaurants, hotels, motels, cafes, resorts and country clubs. FCI is very excited to have Ken's experience and knowledge on our team.

RONALD S. WOLF -
HOSPITALITY AND CULINARY ARTS DIRECTOR
A Hospitality and Culinary Arts Director for Franchise Consultants, Inc. Ronald holds an Associate of Science Degree in Culinary Arts, a Bachelor of Science in Hospitality Management and a Master of Arts Degree in Human Resources Development. Ronald has been an educator, director and consultant with over fifteen companies and schools including Florida Community College, American Culinary Federation, American Culinary Federation Educational Institute, National Turkey Federation, Peanut Advisory Board and many more. Ronald is also a member and affiliate with the Commission on Accreditation for Hospitality Management (Vice Chair/Commissioner), Center for Advancement of Foodservice Education (National Committee Chair), American Culinary Federation (Member) and many more. He has served as a spokesperson and liaison with allied hospitality associations including AHMA, NRA, CMA, RBA and CHRIE Supervised revisions of program curriculum including texts, competencies and syllabi. With Ronald’s extensive knowledge and experience in hospitality, culinary arts and education, our franchise clients will have a wealth of knowledge at their finger tips.

My own experience with franchising began in 1980. Since I had numerous company-owned Foliage Design Systems (interior plant landscaping) offices across the State of Florida, I was traveling 90% of the time. I was also dealing with a myriad of employee issues, sales presentations, and other
management responsibilities. There seemed to be an incredible number of “fires” requiring my attention,
which left me virtually no time with my family.
That’s when I decided to franchise our concept. Franchising allowed me to specialize in what I do best - planning, leading and selling. By converting our concept to franchise offices owned and managed by individuals with a vested interest in their own success, I was able to pursue my dream of expanding Foliage Design Systems nationwide without getting bogged down in the day-to-day administrative headaches and challenges of each location.
For the past 10 years, Foliage Design Systems has consistently ranked as one of the three largest interiorscape firms in the United States. It has been exciting to watch our franchisees reach their own goals of self-employment and financial security. The franchising road has not always been easy. There
have been challenges, primarily due to inadequately capitalized franchisees and/or lack of motivation on
the part of the franchisee, but the decision to franchise was right for Foliage Design Systems. The same
