With restaurants ranging from 1,700 to 2,200 square feet in size, there are numerous options for investors. We are now offering Single-Unit Agreements, Multi-Unit Agreements and Development Agent Agreements.

There is also a commissary option available for supplying Flippers Pizzeria restaurants in specific areas or providing wholesale supplies to hotels and other restaurants.

World renowned Italian restaurant Alfredo of Rome has teamed up with Franchise Consultants, Inc. to franchise their superior restaurant! The Original Fettuccine Alfredo was created in 1914 because Alfredo’s wife lost her appetite during pregnancy. To restore her appetite Alfredo went to his kitchen, mixed egg noodles with the finest parmigiano cheese and butter and created a dish even his wife couldn’t resist. Of course, the rest is history!

Three generations have presided over the famous establishment in Rome and all were named Alfredo. Mr. Guido Bellanca, a restaurant aficionado in Rome, was a family friend and in 1977 he opened Alfredo II in the United States. The restaurant opened in New York and was an instant success, making Fettuccine Alfredo a household name in America.

This is a very exciting project, as we are positioning Alfredo of Rome as being the Premier Signature Italian Restaurant Franchise available anywhere in the world. A New York staple, Alfredo of Rome has been featured on many television shows, including The Food Network, countless magazine articles and the chosen restaurant for several celebrities while in New York. We are currently in the final phase of the development for the franchise program. This program will include everything necessary to open an Alfredo of Rome Restaurant, including all training, documentation, operation manuals, programs, advertising, restaurant and kitchen design, and all processes and procedures required to duplicate the fantastic restaurant currently in operation.
